When we see diversity in people (different religion, different
race, different economic status, different social status): try to see
the commonness, among all of us. This will reduce feelings of
hatred and domination towards the other person.
When we see Nature around us – the earth, trees, water,
mountains, air etc., remember that Nature is also a manifestation
of the Supreme Being, and do our best to protect and nurture
nature. Remember that polluting nature (e.g., by harmful
chemicals, by throwing waste improperly, by harming the air with
chemicals) is causing harm to the divine body of the Supreme
Being.
In our homes, keep a deity form of the Supreme Being, and
encourage everyone in the family to develop affection towards
Him, and understand that He is the ultimate owner. Disclose your
heart to him (during worship or otherwise). Think of Him as part
of the family and serve Him with affection. This will alleviate major
issues life in the family, as Lord knows how to deal with them
better than we do. Have faith, have trust, and have confidence in
the deity form of lord.
