Pra:thah smaraneeyam is a set of few slokas (like Haryashtakam, Panchayudha Stotram, etc.) which is chanted by entire staff and students at JIVA campus.
HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji led the process of doing meditation with instructions and prayers at the beginning of session.
We use this mechanism of daily meditation to refresh and recharge our mind and body so that we lead our life as a service to God.
We use this mechanism of daily meditation to refresh and recharge our mind and body so that we lead our life as a service to God. HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji hoped that the devotees will make this morning japam as their regular daily practice even beyond today. If we find ourselves unable to concentrate on God with our eyes closed during meditation, we can open our eyes, keep looking at the archa murthi and continue doing japam.
Morning Aradhana was performed including chanting of Thiru Pallandu, Thiruppalliyezhuchchi and Thiruppavai. Veda, Purana, Itihasa, Stotra vinnapams were doing before Lord. Mangalasasanam to Perumal was done by HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.
Swamiji gave a brief outline of today’s schedule and spoke about the importance of today’s events.
Sevakalam concluded with Nithya Purnahuthi. Devotees then moved on to experience next event, Rathothsavam.
It is customary to offer abhishekam, divine showers to Lord after returning from Garuda seva. Since we are having Garuda seva uthsavams in the evenings during this event, the Lord in 18 forms accepts evening prayers and takes rest for the day at their abodes. So the thirumanjanam event happens the next day morning.
Today, Thirumanjanam happened in privacy at their respective temples.

On the last day of Samatha Kumbh Brahmothsavams, it is customary for the Lord to reach Pushkarini in a possession on ratham (chariot). It is the last one among all vahana sevas, offered to Lord.
Lord Rama along with two Divya Desa Perumals (Lord Ranganatha of first Divya desam and Lord Para Vasudeva of 108th Divya desam) reached the Viraja Pushkarini in ratham.
Abhishekam was performed to Perumals along with Chakrattalwar (Sudarsana) in a mantapam on the banks of viraja pushkarini.
Swamiji spoke about the significance of Rathothsavam. Here are some excerpts:
